Hunger: Sort & Box Food Donations

Food items are brought in each month from the congregation and our "Hunger Stoppers."  The Hunger Ministry needs your help!

How You Can Serve:  Help sort, check and box donated food items to prepare them to be delivered to local pantries.  This is a fun service project for small groups, individuals or families.

  • Sorting teams meet several times during the year from 6:30 - 8 pm.
  • Individuals are needed several times throughout the year. Check below for specific dates.
  • 6 people needed for each shift.

Where:  Resurrection Mission Center, 15455 Metcalf Ave., Suite D, Overland Park Click here for driving directions.

Register:  Online. Please only sign-up for one shift at a time; this will allow everyone an opportunity to serve.  We will have extra serving dates and times as needed during peak times and post those here.
