Resurrection Counseling Ministries
Resurrection offers referrals to community mental health professionals on our approved referral list and to on-site counseling interns when available. This service is not intended for immediate crisis needs. If you are in need of more immediate assistance, please contact Congregational Care at 913-544-0238.
This referral service is free and open to anyone seeking counseling. A typical response time is approximately two business days. (learn more)

Play Therapy – Contact Lisa Holliday to connect your child to a therapist who utilizes play as a way of giving care.
Live Well is Resurrection’s Emotional Wellness Ministry. It meets for eight weeks in the Spring and another session in the Fall.
Live Well offers a variety of support and educational groups for those struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as groups for their family members. Group sizes are limited and classes are closed following the second week. Registration is required. In past sessions, roughly 90% of the people who attended these classes that combine biology and spirituality have experienced a noticeable improvement in their symptoms. Learn more here.
