Live Well is Resurrection’s Emotional Wellness Ministry. It meets for eight weeks in the Spring and another session in the Fall.  Live Well offers a variety of support and educational groups for those struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as groups for their family members. Group sizes are limited and classes are closed following the second week. Registration is required (Link is in the right column). In past sessions, roughly 90% of the people who attended these classes that combine biology and spirituality have experienced a noticeable improvement in their symptoms.

Classes are designed for individuals struggling with chronic depression or anxiety. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, psychiatric care or crisis management. These classes may not be suitable for those struggling with additional disorders or for those who do not function well in a group environment. For more details about classes, continue reading below.

Classes meet Thursdays at Resurrection Care Night from 6:30-8:00 pm. This free program is designed for adults age 18 and older.  Click on the session(s) listed in the right column for more information on dates, times and registration.

A free dinner is served prior to class in the Student Center (C160) from 5:30-6:15pm for Live Well participants and those attending other classes as part of Care Night. You are invited to come enjoy fellowship before each class.
